Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers the JintellarCore public website, contact inquiries, early access communications, and authorized Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Google Workspace, and other connected workspace data used for governed AI workflows.

Effective date: June 20, 2026

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company, role, message content, and any details you submit through contact, beta access, support, or partnership forms.

We may also collect basic website usage information, such as pages visited, referral source, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the site.

Connected Workspace User Data

If you authorize JintellarCore to connect to a third-party workspace, we request access only to the scopes needed for the workflow or skill you choose to use.

For Microsoft 365 connections, authorized Microsoft Graph scopes may provide access to Outlook messages and metadata, calendar events, OneDrive file metadata and content, Microsoft 365 Office files, and basic Microsoft account information. JintellarCore uses this data only to perform the workflow actions you request, such as searching, reviewing, drafting, creating, updating, organizing, or preserving authorized workflow evidence.

If you authorize JintellarCore to connect to Google Workspace, we request access only to the Google API scopes needed for the workflow or skill you choose to use. Depending on the enabled connection and approved scopes, this may include Gmail messages and metadata, Google Drive file metadata and file content, Google Docs content and comments, Google Calendar events and attendees, and basic Google account information such as your email address.

JintellarCore uses Google user data only to provide user-requested workflow functionality, such as searching relevant email or files, summarizing or drafting content, creating or updating documents, organizing workflow outputs, scheduling or reviewing calendar information, and preserving evidence for authorized workflow activity.

JintellarCore does not sell connected workspace user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. We do not allow humans to read connected workspace user data unless it is necessary to provide support requested by you, investigate abuse or security issues, comply with law, or operate and maintain the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested materials, evaluate design partner or beta access requests, improve our website, protect the service, and communicate about JintellarCore products and updates.

We use authorized product and connected workspace data to perform the workflow actions you request, enforce policy and approval controls, maintain operational security, provide auditability, troubleshoot issues, and improve the reliability of the JintellarCore workflow experience.

We do not sell personal information. If we later add more detailed product, account, analytics, or payment workflows, this policy will be updated to describe those uses more specifically.

Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, process email, host infrastructure, analyze site performance, or support business operations. These providers are expected to use information only for the services they provide to us.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with law, address security or abuse, or as part of service providers operating under confidentiality and data protection obligations. JintellarCore use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent abuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or acquisition.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, security, preferences, and analytics. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, though some site features may not work as intended.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods may vary by inquiry type, business need, security need, and legal obligation.

Connected workspace user data is retained only as long as needed to provide the requested workflow, preserve user-visible workflow history or audit evidence, meet security and legal obligations, or support deletion and recovery processes. OAuth tokens and connected account credentials are retained only while the connection remains active or as otherwise required for security, legal, or operational purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS/TLS in transit, access controls, least-privilege authorization, audit logging, and encrypted credential storage for OAuth tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of information you have provided, subject to legal and operational limits. You may also ask us to stop sending non-transactional communications.

You can revoke JintellarCore access through your Microsoft or Google account permissions. You may also contact us to request deletion of connected workspace user data associated with your JintellarCore workflows, subject to legal, security, backup, and audit retention requirements.

Children

JintellarCore is intended for business and professional use. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and Contact

We may update this privacy policy as the site, product, and company operations evolve. The effective date will show when the current version took effect.
